At Beautiful Earth Boutique, we want you to love your new accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original jewelry boxes and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
